Partnership with the S.E.L.F. Project

Partnership:

In July this year we were visited by two USA ladies from the S.E.L.F. Project (Sports Education Leadership Foundation) Holli Omori and Hannah arrived in Zimbabwe on the 16th of July and went back to the USA on the 27th of July 2017. They were visiting Zimbabwe under our organization’s auspices and were hosted by three schools in Bubi District and these were Majiji, Somvubu and Gloag High Schools. They were able to work with teachers and coaches in sporting disciplines such as soccer, basketball, volleyball, yoga among others. They also brainstormed on leaderships aspects among students. Their aim and ours is to help build self-esteem among the children we work with. It was an exciting experience for them and for our teachers, children and parents. They also donated lots of sports equipment to each of the three schools. Please sit back and enjoy watching these videos that they have put together.
