Special thanks go to Mr. Phumulani Mpofu who runs his own NGO, the Trinity Trust and Mr. B. Ndlovu who also runs his own NGO in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe. They helped us a lot in the registration process for our organisation. The fact that they offered their services on a voluntary basis is amazing. They constantly advised us on how to go about the whole process from start to finish.
We also reserve special thanks to the Swift Current Soccer Association, Canada, for kindly donating hundreds of soccer uniforms to us. These uniforms enabled us to reach out to a number of children and their schools. The uniforms gave a huge boost as we started our organisation. Special mention goes to the President Chad Haubrich and his wife Yvonne together with Ruth Weiner who made the donation possible. Ryan and Brandon of the Burnay family also donated several pairs of soccer shoes which we donated to our children. We say a big thank you.
To the board members of this organisation, we say thank you very much for accepting to work for this organisation on a volunteer basis. We salute you all for your dedication and devotion to needy children’s causes.
The Swift Current Catholic Social Justice Committee invited our director to give a talk at their church. Afterwards they donated a Cdn $435 cheque to us. This amount helped us to get started. We say a big thank you to Muriel Nielsen and your team. Sacha Millar and your son Mac in Australia, thank you very much for buying us balls worth AU $500 for our ‘donate a ball campaign’. You helped us make a great start with our programs.
Last but by no means, we also wish to express great appreciation to Staci Schaitel our website designer for donating half her time to us so as to design this website. Thanks for her dedication and for understanding our cause and of course for her professionalism.
